All researchers with any information on occupational exposures or coding systems are invited to enter meta-data in the Inventory

14 May 2020

We are happy to announce that the OMEGA-NET Inventory of Occupational Exposure Assessment Tools has been launched, and are now actively inviting all researchers with any information on occupational exposures or coding systems to please take time to enter meta-data in the Inventory via occupationalexposuretools.net —the website is also accessible from the Resources>Inventories section of the OMEGA-NET website.

There are five possible sections where you can provide information:

  1. Job-Exposure Matrices
  2. Exposure Measurement Databases
  3. Other Exposure Databases
  4. Coding Systems
  5. Coding Crosswalks

Please, note that you do not need to provide content on all sections. Rather focus on your area of expertise, and submit multiple entries if you have more than one item to share. It should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete any given section of the inventory questionnaire.

We will be very grateful if you kindly share this information to colleagues in your country and encourage them to participate. We look forward to working with you to develop an active and thorough inventory.

At the end of the project, a publication will be prepared with an overview and description of the available exposure assessment tools.
