The third OMEGA-NET Working Groups and Management Committee Meeting will take place on 11-12 October, in the Portuguese city of Porto.
After the welcome and overview of the meeting goals, the first plenary session “Occupation and work-related exposures in the population cohorts of Porto” will be given by Henrique Barros.
Following the Working Groups discussions and a coffee break, Leon Guo will offer the plenary talk “Occupational cohorts in Taiwan” and, then, multiple speakers will give some rapid presentations about cohort description and results. A photo group, the lunch, some parallel sessions, and the dinner will close the first day of the meeting.
On Friday, 12 October, Roel Vermeulen will offer the plenary talk “The exposome: towards a better understanding of occupational diseases and how to prevent them” and, then, attendees will be able to listen to some more rapid presentations about cohort descriptions and results, and participate in the specific working group sessions.
